Dear @BankofBarodaCEO , extremely disappointed with the service at your Beverly Park, Mira Road branch. A 48 year old men has been struggling for over a year to unfreeze his account. Instead of helping, the Operations Desk staff behaved rudely and refused to guide us.

@bankofbaroda Is this how customers are treated? A 48-year-old, has been following up for 1 year regarding his frozen account. At your Beverly Park, Mira Road branch, the staff refused to guide us and spoke disrespectfully. Please take action and resolve this issue immediately.

However, the gutter cover has not been changed.
Kindly arrange to fix and secure it at the earliest for safety reasons.

Waiting time is over 50-60 min sometimes in peak hours.
This is causing daily inconvenience to commuters.
