To any corporate out there. I would advise that you stay far away from @Afrihost Never in my life have I experienced such atrocious customer service. Our service is affected for a 1ยฝ days & they stil unwilling to help due to the dumbest processes in a service industry.@GianVisser

@Afrihost Hi Sandile, I have not received a call as requested. I am still waiting. I have received emails stating the same thing over and over for going on 3 days now which does not rectify our problem. We are still down, that's the bottom line

@rainSouthAfrica I have various clients using Rain on my advise, I will now have them move to Telkom, Vodacom or MTN. this costs you nothing, cancelling services is your loss. #doesntmakesense
Wow, Just be aware of this before purchasing any Rain Equipment. "Once the device is purchased from rain you are not able to resell it. Thanks, rain " So Rain can dictate who buys and sells a router. next move is cancel my current service &never advise another client to use them

@CityPowerJoburg this is ridiculous, you calll centre or processes are just stupid. You closed my call cpweb4904451 as an area outage coz there was an outage. My power was not restored so I logged another call cpweb4904787 & now they tell me they can't link them & hv to wait 24h
Have to wait 24 hours for it to be escalated, we've already had no power for about 27 hours and it looks like it's the circuit breaker outside that's burnt. Why can this not be linked and sorted now?
