If you were to combine HK and Hollywood releases I think Jet Li is the GOAT, he beats out Jackie Chan and Donnie Yen with regards to total filmography between the two regions

But if you can develop a taste for his Western releases you get a whole treasure trove of absolute bangers. The One, Unleashed, Romeo Must Die, Cradle 2 the Grave, Kiss of the Dragon, etc
