While we can disagree about unlimited PTO, can we all agree that pentesting consultancies which require pentesters to sign a non-compete are awful?

I'm talking specifically about non-competes which "prevent" testers from doing any kind of pentesting, usually nationwide, for a whole year.

Luckily they don't appear to be enforced all that often, but they still shouldn't be required.
