EVERYTHING WE KNOW SO FAR REGARDING THE DEADLY SCHOOL BUS CRASH IN CARROLL COUNTY:

• A bus carrying students from Kenwood Middle School from Clarksville-Montgomery County Schools crashed Friday morning on Highway 70 near Cedar Grove while on a field trip toward Jackson.
• Officials say the crash involved a school bus, a TDOT dump truck, and a Chevrolet Trailblazer
• 25 students and 5 adults were on board
• At least two students have passed away
• At least 7 others were injured
• Emergency crews, including Lifeflight helicopters, responded
• Families were notified shortly after the incident
• The Tennessee Highway Patrol is leading the investigation
• The cause of the crash remains under investigation

The main event today will be a line of storms along a sharp cold front. Timing has been very consistent in the models, having it come through in the 10-11 pm timeframe.
