@NAPiIndia writes to Chairperson FSSAI to raise its concerns about organising additional "stakeholder consultation" to discuss provisions of FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020, of which Front of Warning labels are a part of . Having a SC order to go for warning labels, we raise two important concerns.
1. Why another stakeholder consultation.
2. Conflicts of interest embedded in this.
