I have returned to urge the Supreme Court to take the case on the CA magazine ban ruling and to officially rule that California cannot infringe on Americans' Second Amendment rights.

45-round magazine capacities and pistol grips for rifles without a vertical foregrip should be legal for home defense in CA.

Suppressors and subsonic barrel ends should also be legal, because without them you could permanently damage your own or your family's hearing while saving their lives.

It should also be legal to openly carry rifles in public as long as there is no round chambered, and to openly transport them with loaded magazines inserted as long as there is no round in the chamber and no children are present in the car.

Also CA needs to legalize castle defense… it should be flat out legal to shoot someone inside your home if you feel threatened after giving the threat a verbal warning and time to retreat… Or if it is clearly an obvious threat, like “someone you called the cops on showing up with a gun to silence you” then no verbal warning should be necessary if they are inside the home..

Everything should be a no-kids-allowed issue, of course. But CA needs its Second Amendment back desperately.

I’m so tired of seeing convicted felons rolling around with 45-round AK magazines threatening to shoot up the house of someone who called the police for the criminal sexually assaulting their daughter, and then the cops telling the innocent potential murder victims the rapist needs to be in their jurisdiction for them to work.. and that the home owner needs a fin-grip and a semi-auto 10-round 🤦‍♂️ , and to mostly just pray the rapist with the fully automatic doesn’t come back or that a cop is nearby and can respond with their AR before the homeowner needs to reload, and thus dies or worse is forced to watch. 🤦‍♂️

Anti-gun laws only risk law abiding citizens… criminals DONT CARE ABOUT THE LAW… 🤦‍♂️

When Machine Zone tried to steal $35,000 from me, and I realized they’d stolen over $1,000,000,000 from millions of other players, I told Amazon and Apple what has happening to make it where I didn’t get robbed of $35,000 and to try to save everyone’s kids and their credit cards…

The resulting argument between Amazon/Google/Apple, and the online game developer community went to the Supreme Court..

That’s why they went after Nicole and Breanna, because those two women’s statements, if truthful and honest, would have won Google and Apple that Supreme Court case… so they “shut up those witnesses” and extorted them to “ruin my credibility” and thus saved themselves several billion dollars…

Meta and Amazon and Apple, and Google have all lightweight helped me since then because they know I almost made them several billion dollars and that I have been smeared by the criminals who did really illegal shit to get away with their crimes… And they know Nicole was tortured and drugged to keep her and me silent etc etc…

Mark, Tim, Jeff, Google, and Elon and X, are NOT as evil as Steve Bannon makes them out to be…
