@madlittlepixel I’ve had this happen to me a few times - or had my pre-order delayed and scheduled to be delivered a week or 2 after release when I can just order it again for delivery the next day. Not sure why, but it seems like new orders after release take preference over pre-orders

@usa_retro I had 3 Sony PVM 20m2mdu monitors shipped to me separately from a supplier that used a single (thick cardboard) box and expanding foam packing material (about 3-4 inches on all sides of the CRTs). Every single one arrived via UPS with zero damage. I was pleasantly surprised.
