Driver UP79AT2368 harassed my senior citizen mom & aunt on an intercity trip. He was belligerent & refused to let them leave until they paid for his 'Maxi Cab' fraud. I had to pay remotely to ensure their safety. Unacceptable! @Uber_India @Uber_Support escalate this NOW.

This is unfair and borders on malpractice to cancel flights on a whim, we're not even being provided a reasonable explanation as to why the flight was cancelled in the first place.
