But app was down, and even the official website didn’t process it. I need to go home for Chhath, and my existing ticket (PNR 6359677564) already in waiting. I request IRCTC to look into this issue and make proper arrangements — this situation is very disappointing for passengers

Today while booking a Tatkal ticket from Kolkata to Patna in Janshatabdi Express, my payment was successfully completed at 11:01 AM, but the IRCTC site kept loading till 11:04 and finally showed ‘Not Booked’. Even after that, around 49 seats were still available till 11:05.
