@Dyson load of rubbish, the hot and cold remote battery lasts a week, Dyson know there’s a problem but do nothing it’s on the internet lots of people, myself included

@AskDyson It’s not just me this has been going on for years and Dyson just don’t seem to care from what I’ve read, and to be honest it’s how I feel your selling faulty goods and won’t fix the issue
@AskDyson why are Dyson for years selling faulty remotes, the batteries last a week at most and no I’m not the only person I’ve done my research into this, this is wrong.
@AskDyson we had our fan exchanged as you can see, now the remotes faulty again and it seems it’s a common problem, we change batteries every week it’s daft, is our remote in warranty still and this is a known fault I believe it should be covered.
