@thameswater 24 hours + with no water in SE27. Again. Second time in as many years. What’s going on? You rerouted some yesterday and now it’s off again.
@thameswater Oh I thought you purposefully went around bursting pipes just to give yourselves something to do.... you are in control of fixing them though, as you've just said. Three days. If I didn't do my job for 3 days I wouldn't expect to get paid. Cheers :)
Hi @thameswater, me again. We have to stop meeting like this. Any reason why – 8 days after sending this email about how I should prevent water wastage – you've let Leigham Court Road flood for 3 days? Asking for a neighbourhood with extortionate rates and low water pressure. X
@thameswater Hi. SE27 resident here. What compensation will we get for having no water for 16+ hours? Shops are emptying of water too. We're in South London, not South Sudan. It shouldn't be that difficult.
@thameswater Thanks I read that on your website. Is there anyone standing over their shoulders saying "hurry up" or "that's not how you do it" or "do you think someone else should give it a go"... you know, with it being 17 hours and all.
@virginmedia when there’s a known issue, and your engineers are working on it, don’t just arbitrarily estimate when it’ll be fixed. First it was 2am, then 10am, now 4pm. 24 hours it’ll be. SE27 area. Can we get a realistic update. What’s the compensation?
How about some essential balance ? Just like Gary this bloke is sometimes employed by the BBC for his respected expertise . He too presents his views publicly . Just wondering if anyone in the government wants to retrospectively kick off about these tweets ? Nah, don’t suppose so
Thanks for all the support – I'm not #Banksy (tbh I don't understand half of his stuff), but I do suspect he may have picked up an idea or two of yours truly. Big love #Buchsy
