@rapidobikeapp @sankaaravind - Rapido bas become a bidding app. Having worked in ecom, isn’t this a dark patterns?! Creating sense of false urgency by showing rejections while Uber accepts it. Also, i didnt get a ride post 40₹ increase after 220 for something i’d get in 190.

Was a very smooth flight and on time. Not an expert but noticed something odd on the right wing.

The weld here looked off, i might be wrong but worth checking for safety.

Third, there are times when Rapido doesn’t accept post adding 30-40 all the way till 250 and Uber accepts it in 200. If your riders are rejecting so much, maybe do something about them rather than using dark patterns for customers… @rapidobikeapp @jagograhakjago

Second, Uber gives you an option to increase fair just once. Then if it doesnt get confirmed thats it. Why does @rapidobikeapp keep popping up the increase fare option every minute while showing drivers rejected? @jagograhakjago

(1/3) Hi @rapidobikeapp @sankaaravind @regards_rishi Today I booked a rapido auto from Andheri(W) to Powai in Mumbai. Rider came in 3-4 minutes, I sat in, gave otp &ride started. 100 mts ahead he asks me to get down coz there’s heavy traffic. I told him to continue, he denied.

@rapidobikeapp Started pointing fingers, abusing and in a threatning tone. I got down, clicked his picture and while doing that he tried snatching my phone as well! Pathetic from Rapido. Dont want such riders in my city who would harass people and threaten them. Here is a picture.

I told him lets go to cops, he was being arrogant. I told him that if you are in Mumbai, you have to face traffic. Go back to your native if you want to avoid it to which he got super aggressive and started abusing in Hindi. Told him not to abuse as I didn’t. @rapidobikeapp

Please look into it, these guys loot common people in the name of parking and all. I have parked my car here alot in last 4 months, never seen anyone except today and his fake id. Man was close to 50-60years old and id shows 1991 born. Spellings are wrong. @mybmc @mybmcwardKW
