@kaybroonster@ScotsPolFed They'll never properly engage with us their paying members. Almost September and still no offer totally unacceptable, what about our bills, everything has gone up car insurance, mortgages, shopping etc and yet we are 5 months past when we should have had an increase.
@wonderd87382893@ScotsPolFed Of course I do. Did anyone know of this planned protest which at best is half hearted. No. Off duty officers yet all I see are suited fed officers. You may have time for our fed but I'm afraid you are in the minority, I'll refer you back to 2012 -2014.
@MediocreRespon1@ScotsPolFed It's all they know to do. Certainly it isn't fighting our cause. Whilst they get their extra payment each month we wait probably until Christmas for a rise we should have by now. Also no chance we get 8.5% this will be a fed failure if we don't.
@freelandergolf@ScotsPolFed I believe so, certainly never heard anything about it. Fed should ensure everyone is treated fairly and everyone gets a payment. They set their stance with this by wanted all officers to get compensation for their lack of action, scaremongering on the Leigh Day pension challenge
@ScotsPolFed You've again failed and look weak. 3 months late, now the official side turn up and say no, offer no alternative and you walk away with action. Failed us on pensions and pay.
@ScotsPolFed I'm aware the next meeting is next week, but sending out no new info is a waste of time. Our payrise is 3 months overdue. Other bodies agreed a 2 Yr deal we accepted a 1 Yr deal. Cost of living is crippling us.
@PFEW_HQ Time for a change in law north and south of the border and get rid of a body that has shown they do not represent officers but their own self interest. An independent body needs to come in to properly represent the rank and file.
@Stuarto59488451@ScotsPolFed They never sought legal advice merely legal opinion. Disgrace that some officers helped win the fight with a massive help from the FBU whilst our own fed sat back and done nothing until the case was won. Are you prepared to pay me my £1400 legal fees?
@haribo1307@1919_mag@ScotsPolFed They'll never give us a vote. Only got their own interests at heart. Look at the lack of challenge for our pensions. When unions were canvassing staff out feds actively discouraged us to challenge, probably to save face that their legal advice was merely legal opinion.
@Coal_Miners_Son@ScotsPolFed We were the 1st to accept a rise last year and here we are 1 day away from 1st April and the pay proposal hasn't even been submitted. Nevermind the fulltime members still get their 12k bonus.
@jimbojingles@ScotsPolFed Completely agree the SPF are a farce and we appear to be relying heavily on the FBU to win fights with the government. Pensions absolute joke the SPF took, pensions trap appears to be going same way, let the FBU win it first
@eastendpc @GdivReps Completely agree, no substance whatsoever. When are we then expected to get a rise, seeing as we were the first to agree 2022 we shouldn't need to wait, how much has to be in line with Fire, NHS, teachers.
