電気を使わずに
空気中の水分をペットボトルの表面に付着させて回収し、部屋の湿度を下げるので、とてもエコです！

◎凍らせたペットボトル除湿の正しい手順
①ボトルに水を入れ、凍らせる
・水が凍ると膨張するため、ボトルの8〜9分目まで水を入れて凍らせます。
・2Lの大きなペットボトルのほうが、表面積が広く効果も高いです。

②受け皿（トレイ）を用意する
・大量の結露水が出るため、深さのあるトレイやバケツ、ボウルの上にボトルを立てます。
・トレイの底にタオルを敷いておくと、水滴の音が響かず、溢れるのを防げます。

③部屋の高い場所に設置する
・冷たい空気と湿気は「下」に溜まる性質があります。
・机の上など、部屋の少し高い位置に置くことで、冷気が下に降りて部屋全体の空気が循環しやすくなります。

⚠️ペットボトルにサーキュレーターなどで風を当てるとさらに効果的です。
