@wifisupport1 and @tizeti is one of the worst networks so far. One minute it's working, the next it is down for hours. You'll send countless emails, no response. And when they finally respond, it is always the same copy and paste email that doesn't address your issue.
Once the weather changes, it's almost like @wifisupport1 and @tizeti packs their equipment indoors, because the network will varnish for the entire day.
It's crazy.
You're charging this high and can't provide a reliable and stable connection.

You need connection to actually see the network work. No response to emails and they don't pick calls anymore.
If you're planning to get @tizeti and @wifisupport1, don't border. My ₦16,500 is literally wasting because they get more downtimes than uptime. The Internet is down for hours every day. No day passes without a downtime. And there's no compensation for the frequent downtimes.
@iconic__creator@wifisupport1@tizeti The frequent downtimes with @tizeti and @wifisupport1 is what's eating me up. For over a month now, I receive downtime emails daily. Even than once a day. One can't even rely on their internet because their is always no Internet connection. There's also no downtime compensation.
@adebolaaremu Very stupid network @tizeti@wifisupport1. Too frequent downtimes, so unreliable. It even became worse these past few days. Everyday downtime (for house). You can't even use it every night. And there's no compensation for it, just meaningless apologies.
