@CasPiancey The only firms that would have the resources available to do this are the large global ones (Big 4 etc), who would never touch them because of the risk involved.
Any small firm opinion on these are completely useless.

@CasPiancey The value of an audit opinion to external parties is only as good as the auditor's reputation. If they don't have a positive reputation to protect, their clean audit report shouldn't mean much.

Any private company greater than a specific threshold also requires an audit every year.
