#GenZ seems to excel mainly at scrolling and complaining, and not much else. It’s time we start treating them the same way they treat content — just swipe and move to the next. Switching to #GenAI has been the much-needed upgrade we were looking for.

@nirajxdev In my team, we hired a bunch of fresh graduates, trained them well, and gave them plenty of space and autonomy. Now, they rarely go beyond the bare minimum. Gen Z seems largely detached from work these days, so we've shifted to using GenAI — and it's working out perfectly.
