Tired, happy, and grateful. ๐
The first New England Computational Biology Symposium is a wrap! Such a joy to see this vibrant community join us, with so many students and trainees.
Thanks to everyone who made it possible. Stay tuned for next year!

Honored to receive a Best Talk Award at @NewEngCompBio 2026, held at @MSFTResearch, for my selected talk on ImageFlowNet.
A big thank you to my advisor @KrishnaswamyLab and collaborators for making this work possible, and to the conference organizers for this recognition.
Thank you to everyone who made the first #NECB2026 happen! ๐
Over 360 researchers, 190+ abstracts, 169 posters and two days of great science and conversation.
Thank you @MSFTResearch for hosting and @iscb for partnering.
See you at NECB 2027!
NECB 2026 is bringing together close to 400 researchers ๐ across New England at @MSFTResearch New England in Cambridge for two days of computational biology ๐. Follow us #NECB2026
NECB 2026 is underway! ๐ Over 360 researchers from across New England are gathering at @MSFTResearch New England in Cambridge for two days of computational biology. Follow along with #NECB2026
So excited for today! ๐ We open the first New England Computational Biology Symposium at Microsoft Research New England. By chance, it's also 10 years to the day since I started my lab.
Perfect way to celebrate this milestone!

Excited to see @NewEngCompBio come to life tomorrow after months of development by organizers @lucapinello@KevinKaichuang and Predrag (Pedja) Radivojac and steering committee!!! ----From our lab tomorrow @KeXU0828 will be presenting new unpublished work GeoSinkhorn Flow! We turn static phenoscapes (produced by PhenoGS) into dynamic trajectories of conditional perturbation responses. Combining heat-diffusion geometry with conditional flow matching, our model predicts how populations move between states, captures intermediate progression, and generalizes to held-out perturbations. Collaboration by many labs including @mrguywolf@christophertape!
Tomorrow! #NECB2026 kicks off at Microsoft Research New England, One Memorial Drive.
Registration opens 8:00 AM, opening remarks 8:45 AM.
Bring a photo ID for building entry. See you there!
