Members spent today in Newdale dealing with the effects of last night and today's rain.

Overland flooding and sewer backup was occurring in the community.

Lots of highways in our area are closed. They are extremely icey.

Our members attended an MVC yesterday due to poor road conditions. That particular stretch had 4 inches slush on a curve and drivers were caught by surprise.

If you must drive, be very careful.

Looks like there are lots of power outages in the surrounding area. Remember that if you lose power, be careful using alternate sources such as bbq's or candles or propane heaters.
