Great day. Progressed my commitments to visit every ward & visit every sports club in Newport with a walkabout with local cllrs in Victoria & a trip to St Joseph’s Boxing club in Pill. Inspiring to see first-hand what that club does with young kids from all walks of life.
Yesterday, ahead of World AIDS Day this coming Sunday, I paid tribute to Newport East constituent, Martyn Butler, during a Westminster Hall debate.
