Interested in how functional connectivity fingerprints can predict individual variability in behaviour in Parkinson’s Disease patients with and without hallucinations? Then come and see me today and tomorrow @OHBM#OHBM2024

Couldn't have done it without the priceless contributions of Louis Philippe Albert (@_Louis_Albert) and Arthur Trivier (@Viarthy) - both credited with VR magic, face morphing & avatar creation and general life-saving skills 🤩😅
So proud to see my brilliant colleague and dear friend @NezaVehar presenting her PhD work on identity of presence hallucinations at the Neuro-X Annual Research Symposium #NARS23@EPFL 🤩
Capped off with the much improved, yet crazier state of post-aperitivo discourse with Louis, Arthur and Hsin Ping Wu (@HPWUtaiwan). Boundless gratitude to @CampusBiotech and Neuro-X for providing us with the noble liquids of coffee and wine, to keep us going strong!
Massive thanks to @Neuro_X_EPFL who has provided us with inspiring talks and poster session at yesterday's #NARS23 event and kept our minds filled to the brim with exciting work from the absolute bleeding edge of science! Proof?
Or our signature overly intense brainstorming at the poster session with LNCO's joined-at-the-hip crew of Juliette Boscheron @Juliettebsch, Louis Philippe Albert @_Louis_Albert and Arthur Trivier @Viarthy (pre-aperitivo state)
Excited to have my favorite & last-remaining PhD-paper with @OlafBlankeLab out in @CambUP_Psych!

When you hear that fellow PhD students now feel more equipped to follow in the steps of open science... all the exhaustion of planning is suddenly worth it 🥹🥹
And... oh yes... Our speaker line-up is really *that* good ☺️😉 (humble high five to my PhD-siblings and ORPER co-organisers @Juliettebsch, @FabienneWindel & Fabrice Jean Guibert
Are you a fellow PhD student, starving to learn the most cutting edge practices for open & reproducible science? Well then, you are in luck! Still a couple of days left to register for our fantastic summer school @ORPER23 at @EPFL! More info at https://t.co/X7qcGiEamw
Hallucinations in Parkinson's disease are a frequent non-motor symptom. Evidence show that complex visual hallucinations are associated with cognitive decline, but what about "minor" hallucinations (which often anticipate complex hallucinations)? #Parkinson#hallucinations
But most of all, thank you for giving me an excuse to then go and do my second favourites - enthusiastically scream at beauty of architecture and the most american size of these pizza slices with @_Louis_Albert
Thank you @ASSC26nyc for allowing me to over-excitedly talk about my favourite thing - identity of induced presence hallucinations! Unforgettable experience conveying to a room of fascinating people that we CAN scientifically investigate them & it matters!
The excitement levels are risiiiiinngg! Poster hung up and ready for the ASSC 26! Come listen to Louis Albert on markers for presence hallucination & robotics!
So... This just happened... This genius man won the best poster award at @ASSC26nyc !! I mean, when your science speaks for itself & you are wearing a bow tie, how could anyone doubt it??
The excitement levels are risiiiiinngg! Poster hung up and ready for the ASSC 26! Come listen to Louis Albert on markers for presence hallucination & robotics!
@JWSanders_ making phenomenology of presences cool again - brilliant talk at @ASSC26nyc ! What can identities of presences tell us next? Brace yourselves...
