@jpurle @reidremoney @paullewismoney In our case my grandad is still alive but a property that cannot sell is being considered as an asset impacting on what he is offered for a care home as he now suffers dementia. My mum and auntie would happily forgo any inheritance - they want to ensure his care at this point
