@Citi customer service has really been degraded over the years. Used to be the star of the industry, now they are doing the annoying "let me transfer" scheme for hours to resolve basic issues. Other banks are much more attentive.

An now, @AlaskaAir is trying to fly them back home! Not even cover their lodging cost for THEIR mistake. This is a nightmare!

@AlaskaAir really messed up my birthday trip! We had our carryons, but they over booked the plane and didn't have enough over-head luggage space. But one in our party wasn't allowed on the connecting international flight because her passport was in her checked bag!

And now they are saying she can't fly out for another day!

And to be clear, this was not a store management issue as the team wa professional and kind. It was an investment issue with @Safeway clearly under investing in the store and team.

Oakland @Safeway doesn't care about their customer or staff. Very limited staff trying to serve way too many customers. This is a 30-minute line (only one open), no self-checkout lane, on a non-holiday night... It is unfair to everyone in the store, customer and staff.

This @AirbnbHelp scam seems to be designed to get them free money without taking responsibility for listing a property they didn't inspect for safety and health. @Airbnb should really consider how it treats paying customers. This is insane and took away from out holidays.

Almost a month later and @AirbnbHelp still hasn't send the full refund, just the cleaning fee refund and saying they are waiting on thr owner for the rest. The owner (who I message separately) says they haven't gotten anything from @Airbnb.

So we asked the owner for a refund and asked @AirbnbHelp to refund the "cleaning fee" as the place didn't have maintenance done. The owner admitted the place wasn't ready to rent but wasn't expecting the listing to work so fast...

Rented a place in Santa Cruz over the holdiays to enjoy their titled hottub with a cliffside view. The place turned out to have not done maintenance on the tub for a long time. Green, smelly water in the tub. The owner couldn't fix it!

@SouthwestAir just made the whole flight of 224 shut our windows, turn on our candles (seat lights), sing happy birthday to Patrick for both their first flight and first birthday before blowing the candles out!
