Repent, O nation! The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is not mocked. What He did to Israel, He will surely do to any people who cast off His Word. Turn back to the Lord while there is yet time, lest the rod of correction consume all.

I think this is what he was referring to. Don’t worry, I too keep and bear arms, but having “muh guns” doesn’t deal with what he is talking about. If it did, we wouldn’t be talking about New York, Minnesota, and Texas.

This is exactly how Britain came to be where it is. The lack of arms is a factor. The lack of will is perhaps much greater.

It will be tough to defend your homestead from the Mohammedans when they are your Representative, your Senator, your Governor, or your Mayor. It will be difficult to call for police backup when the police are themselves servants of the Caliphate.

And until we have an answer to that, the 2A can only inconvenience them. The thing itself cannot stop them.

ATROCIOUS & UNCONSCIONABLE

Under an atrocious part of this unfolding deal, Israel’s PM and Lebanon’s President will be forced to make a decision by our government that is truly outrageous if not unconscionable: either defend your country and protect your citizens from Iran backed Hezbollah terrorists or fall in line behind an agreement that ensures Hezbollah’s survival and protection. And if they don’t fall in line they will face incredible pressure and public ridicule. We already saw some of this.

Of COURSE Israel and Lebanon will choose the safety and lives of their citizens over some deal that is unenforceable as against Iran and Hezbollah, certainly in the near future. Their interests don’t align with Iran’s nor apparently our interests. Why the hell would we do this?

I remind you Hezbollah has maimed and murdered thousands of Americans. WE have done nothing in 45 years to confront it. Only Israel has. Isolationism and appeasement suck.

Why are so few speaking out against this absurdity?  Even Obama didn’t do this. Both Israel and Lebanon were intentionally sidelined in these American-led discussions.  Terror-supporting Qatar and Pakistan enlisted as mediators!  Mediators for Iran!

Again, no BS about disinformation or fake news.  This is as real as it gets.  Defend it.

This is what any deal (both this and the JCPOA) has always been about. Everyone admits the Iranians won’t keep to the deal, but letting the deal fail would be an embarrassment after so much hype and promises. Trump has leverage over Israel, but none over Iran. So anytime Iran wants the US to squeeze Israel, it threatens to blow up the deal. This is the most obvious thing in the world—and is exactly why all of Vance’s pals at Quincy and Respons Statecraft are cheering.
