@StubHub I was hacked and changed my password and then you guys locked my account. I’ve called multiple times and have been told it’s waiting on “internal review” which has been multiple weeks and won’t let me log into my account. You’re also withholding payment from game I sold
@Fantrax Would love to but no one has got back to me on the draft issues, going on 72 hours. Last update I got was from Nathan on Monday night that you guys were working on it, we stuck in 6th round!! #help#needbettercommunication
@Fantrax@Fantrax is support down? I got an email last night that you were looking into our draft issues and no one has reached out since. We still have guys randomly getting put on the wrong team, timer issues, pausing/live mode fluctuates. we are only in 6th round of our slow draft
@Fantrax We switched to @fantrax for a more user friendly platform and we are having major issues during our slow draft. Still no customer support after multiple hours
