We are so immensely proud of you all – your resilience throughout the last school year has shone through. Throughout the hall, multiple students could be heard crying “I got a 9” alongside the cheers of the teachers who saw you through your exams.

@Miss_Snuffy Private education is a business and has to live or die by business rules so that it can avoid state interference in areas such as admissions, curriculum and staff terms and conditions. Harsh but the reality of capitalism…
@Beth_Tastic 100% agree! As we all know the LA are likely to be floundering too. As you say this is where children are failed but so often schools/teachers are blamed, often publicly, when they are working so darn hard in the best interests of all of the pupils.

@oldandrewuk Not permitted to enter lesson unless note to explain lateness. Off to Reset room. Late for a train and you miss it… late for a football match and you don’t play blah blah…
Happy #GCSEResultsDay!
Congrats to our #ClassOf2024 - we truly hope you received the results you were hoping for (& judging by a lot of the happy faces in the hall, a lot of you did!).
Thanks to Suzy Horton for popping in to celebrate alongside students.
Good luck in the future!
