@emeka_ug I promise you he will still get sacked, and you will call for his sacking, United's performances will get worse next season. I guarantee you.
@WatsonArinda Okay. In the same spirit, Can she now come out with a prayer cursing the captors and torturers of Lukwaago, the captors of Matembe, and those responsible for the disappearances of multitudes of Ugandans? 🤷🏾♂️
Two videos, same shirt, same beads around the neck but this time, different content. The only difference is that he is personally affected by the injustice so the story changes.
We are like monkeys laughing at a burning forest. Dont wait to be affected before you speak about it.
My heart goes out to Maama Dr. Miria Matembe who is being hunted down and our sister @SarahBireete who just got raided. May you still gather the courage to speak your truth during this difficult time.
They have built a throne for fear to reign among us and when they raid our homes and strip our dignity bare, they think they will undress our courage! We condemn every act of cruelty being unleashed on Uganda’s daughters, women and mothers.
To the sisters who have been beaten, raped, raided, left alone to fend for families while the breadwinners are abducted, kept in unknown detention and silenced. Be of courage! Injustice doesn’t reign forever! History will remember your wounds!
Primary reason Kenya adopted a new constitution was to cure the systemic issues of the previous independence constitution, most notably the dangerous concentration of unchecked powers in the presidency & widespread ethnic marginalization.
We will have to make a new Constitution
They treat us as subhuman.
They kill our people for fun
They rape our sisters and brothers.
They torture us on camera.
They abduct us without remorse.
They tear families apart.
They drive people into exile.
They push others to commit suicide.
They rig elections with impunity.
They mock us and post humiliating images of our comrades in captivity.
Then they ask us “What will you do about it?”
But when we remind them, that they too are mortal, and that pain has a way of returning to its source, they suddenly remember the language of ‘morality’.
Go and preach that fake morality to Yasin Kawuma’s mother.
Preach it to the children of Johnbosco Kibalama., Eddy Mutwe or Waiswa Mufumbiro.
Preach it to the family of John Ddamulira and to the countless other victims of the Museveni family.
Don’t try to weaponize ‘morality’ to shield injustice and brutality.
It won’t work with this generation!
Yes, we believe in morality, but silence in the face of injustice is not morality. It is complicity, it is hypocrisy!
@amronaldo@IdeologuePower I didn't, because I was filled with disgust, I couldn't believe it was even happening but at least I have not come out to preach humaneness to a man who has faced inhumane treatment countless times.
@amronaldo@IdeologuePower What's your point then? I didn't see you releasing a lengthy post when the CDF was making fun of having tortured Lukwago, Eddy Mutwe, or the 22 NUP people he said had been killed by his army. Leaders are human too.
Do not be deceived; God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows-Galatians 6:7.
Ever heard of karma? That is as a visitor that never forgets an address. What you have done to others does not disappear; it returns, in its own time and with precision.
You cannot torment, and even kill other men’s wives and expect to walk away scot-free.
God is always watching, and be sure that you will be paid in full, in your lifetime.
You have caused so much pain and suffering to others, but life has reminded you that NO TITLE, NO RANK, NO POWER can shield the people you love more than righteous deeds can.
@NamaraDennisMP@Parliament_Ug Of all the pressing matters in this land, you a mature, educated, exposed man, have chosen to focus on nothings, we know you have no work to do in Parliament but there should be a limit to idleness.
@chards_effi And what is so special about ranks, do you know how many ranks Amin had? Where is he? The Roman Generals always had a man who would help them put on their armor and then the man would whisper in their ear "Memento Homo". Go find out what that means.
@ekwaroobuku@NRMOnline@KagutaMuseveni I hope you are just being satirical, this same man, much as he is eloquent and sounds so intelligent, pushed for a law that is going to make life hard for Ugandans, almost stripping Ugandans in foreign lands of their citizenship, no that good.
