@henningsanden When I had this problem, they were spotless and I had nothing to clean. Factory reset didn’t help, but what did ultimately make a change was that the ear piece wasn’t sitting in the case properly, so fiddling with how the pieces were seated helped make contact (I’m assuming). GL
