If I was to fix that, I would unwrap armpit in this pose, and outside part of the shoulder in normal rig pose (arms down)
Like in real life - if you would tattoo that armpit, client would have to raise their arm
Yeah patter will collapse when she lowers arms, but you won't see it probably.
