@rezich@PastNostalgic You said "If you already didn't want to write code to dictate your game's logic—such that you were using Blueprints"
Saying blueprints isn't coding/programming. Are you "special" somehow?
@LincolnMargison@UnrealEngine They're pushing hard for AI assisted coding. But that's a really shit replacement and not something that necessarily makes it easier.
@hasanthehun Your dumbass take is even more retarded than what you're trying to make his out to be. He's not talking about the working class. He's talking about a mentally sick segment of the population that tries to appropriate everything.
@AniTVOfficial It was mostly just a bunch of whining stretched out to last an episode. I like the show and franchise, but it was a weak end to an otherwise good season.
@andreeliasdev You picked a poor video to showcase your game. I saw nothing that sold me on it. You have to really work on your marketing skills and hook potential players in the first 15 seconds. Show the loop and fun! Respect the viewer's time.
@RobertJALA They did say in their presentation (it's on youtube) that blueprints will ship with early version of 6, but that they are scheduled to be deprecated. No real word on what would replace them except for "Verse".
@tokyosdaughter Don't you know, what you're showing is impossible? Western 3d modelling and rigging could not make such a thing, it's too hard, apparently. Somehow, only butch nasty models can be produced using 3d software, in the west. Eastern 3d software is vaccinated though and works fine.
Gaming Journalists: "The games industry is in trouble! We need to do advanced math to save AAA studios!"
Eh...ACTUALLY, only the WESTERN AAA industry is struggling
Asian gaming is doing well
We all know why, but you don't want to say it
- Shift Up just upgraded from dev to publisher
- NetEase is printing money with Marvel Rivals and Where Winds Meet
- Capcom is dropping hit after hit
- Pearl Abyss just delivered one of the most successful games of 2026
- Cygames, MiHoyo, Kuro games, NetEase, etc are all drowning in money with their waifu Gachas
The HARD TRUTH is that China, Japan, and Korea are not as worried as the California gaming studios, and the reason is obvious
But journalists don't want to address this because they lowkey want to push the California slop
