@MercuryHolidays @WhichUK My mother’s holiday to Vietnam was cancelled 7 weeks ago yet she has still not been contacted for a refund or even a credit note. No explanation from @MercuryHolidays when they call to chase just fobbed off being told that it’s being dealt with and they will contact them.

@MartinSLewis my mum has had her holiday to Vietnam with @MercuryHolidays cancelled due to the visa changes. Being told that no refunds from them and has to be claimed from insurance. Would appreciate your pov on her rights here.
