@VirginAtlantic But we’ve tried that and been on the phone for an hour and no help? Between you and delta no one is willing to take responsibility and find out bags? Im out £2000 (new flight) & not to mention the price for two missed flights and getting absolutely no helper to locate our bags??
@scottben_@VirginAtlantic It’s just ridiculous, where is customer service? They keep giving us numbers but you’ve been on the phone for over an hour!! Can we talk to one person who actually wants to help?!
@VirginAtlantic@scottben_ This really isn’t good enough, we’ve been delayed, missed two connecting flights (lost the money), then had to pay £2k for an alternative flight home and now you’ve lost our bags? And won’t help locate them? How is this customer service acceptable from such a large company?
