@nasmadotali @danielfoch I feel like the advice agents are still giving is to buy buy buy. Not all agents but some. When we were looking in jan or feb we were told by our agent just over pay. It will come back to you within 6 months and our story is not unique. Most agents have not lived through cycles

@Timothy_Lewis @ericnuttall I think the west has rushed sanctions to be honest. It remains to be seen if the west will benefit long term or if it will further strengthen china and iran. Already talks about reducing usd reserve for china saudi india iran. They need to actully help Ukraine& not play politics

Saudi iran iraq while demand will shift as non western countries will continue to buy oil from russia. China and india now buying oil at discount as inflation sweeps the west

@nasmadotali My wife and I have decided we're no longer participating in offer dates. War in Ukraine, commodities through the roof and rates going up is fundamentally shifting not just real estate but the economy in general. I'd hate to *have to* be a seller in the coming weeks / months.
