@BritishGasHelp Yes, fortunately we found a plumber who could come and sort it, just not really the service you'd expect for a 92 year old paying for priority call out service.

When my 92 year old grandma pays @BritishGas over £450 per year for home care with priority callouts and is told she'll have to wait 5 days for a call out. That certainly isn't priority, bloody good job she has people around her, God help those who are alone! @BritishGasHelp
