As you nailed it, these Canadian families are loosing many working and life opportunities all around the world.
The effects spreads to wifes and kids even those who born and grown in Canada.
These families need their Canadian dignity back.

Goes almost without saying that I think the IRGC should be listed as a terror org. I've long advocated it.

But it's important that any such listing exempt those forced to serve against their will. Slogans are important in pushing policy, but so is nuance.

Just got off the phone with someone who despises the regime, but whose life has been turned upside down by the US listing because he was conscripted well over a decade ago. He also shared some other ppl's heartbreaking stories. It's important that we get this policy right.
