Hello,
Applied for visitor visa, attended biometric at Kolkata, India on April 28th. It's been 9 weeks and we haven't received the passport. We received an email saying it is taking 9-10 weeks but is it guaranteed? Also, why the website still says 6 weeks ?

My licence also got issued today and I sent self addressed envelope along with the form and can see that it was dispatched today and will be delivered tomorrow to me.
