David Pecker just testified that he did not buy the Stormy Daniels story because one of his biggest advertisers, Walmart, would be angry with him.

He claims he received a call from Cohen saying Trump wanted to buy it. He then went on to say Trump was furious with him when the McDougal story leaked, saying Trump blamed him for it. He still hasn’t said a single instance in which Trump called him personally to buy a story.

It sounds like Cohen was running the deals. Pecker has in no way proved Trump made the decisions he’s being accused of.

Why is this sham case even allowed to continue!
