@TfL we were trying to get home from Harry Styles last night to find when getting back into town a lot of underground’s had shut . Young girls left panicking on how to get home, disgusting . Took us 3hr to get home due to volume .@tfl you need to do better.

@EDI_Airport why is it only people with car parking booking that get free 1hr parking to use Twilight bag drop? How are other people meant to do this without paying ridiculous parking charges . Most other UK airports are free .

@EDI_Airport Yes but it often takes longer .20 mins to walk there and back. Leaving you 10 mins on terminal to get it all done . If there is a queue it’s not long enough

@TicketmasterUK your reselling process is a disgrace. For those that are trying to resell tickets on TM (like we are for Harry Styles) we couldn’t find them on website and where told ( see photo). So, nobody can actually see our tickets. So how on earth are we meant to resell?

@TicketmasterUK can you please explain why resell policy is so hard & not in any way helpful to those selling . Unable to locate my listing, contacted CS was informed only 1 standing ticket is displayed to buyers at time, sellers can’t be told where they are in the resale queue!
