hello everyone ,
we graduate students from across India have placed in @Mphasis in year 2022(nov,dec,jan) and we have received letter of intent(LOI) from them informing us that they will onboard us between june 2022 to april 2023 now its been more than one and half year.

-Many freshers completed 3 month trainaing at the company without any stipend
-Several recruited via campus, but their campus placement cell is not helping them out
-They have tried looking for new jobs, but hiring in IT sector has slowed down in last few quarters

-Fresher recruits at Mphasis left stranded as their offer letters are about to expire amid the delay in onboarding
-LOI of Trainee Associate Software Engineer will expire in Mar 2023; LOI of Associate Software Engineer will expire in Apr 2023
-Many got LOI as early as Sep'21
