I would like to report a grievance, even though I've paid for the services to file ITR this year I'm not being guaranteed the ITR will be filed in due date. To ensure it I've been asked to purchase the services of AMC for next year. Attaching screenshot

@ManipalHealth I was born and brought up in West Bengal, and I've never felt this disappointed. If this is how local patients are treated, I can only imagine what out-of-state patients experience. Healthcare needs empathy, transparency, and accountability—not just a brand name.
@ManipalHealth The service at the EM Bypass Mukandapur branch was the worst I've experienced. I rushed my mother to the ER expecting quality care, but the TPA desk, doctors, lab, and administrative staff were all unprofessional and displayed a poor attitude throughout.
@ManipalHealth Despite clearing every bill, I kept receiving repeated payment reminder calls during my mother's admission. Even basic hygiene was lacking—the washrooms were poorly maintained and often unusable.
@ManipalHealth After discharge, my reimbursement claim was rejected because the hospital provided an improperly printed bill. The billing office initially refused to stamp and sign a corrected copy. After repeated emails, they finally did—but with rude behavior.
@ManipalHealth The grievance team focused on explaining why their PET-CT facility was special instead of solving problems. My mother remained on an empty stomach from 9 AM until 2 PM because her PET-CT scan kept getting delayed.
@ManipalHealth The Medical Director listened patiently, but by then the damage was done: huge bills, no insurance coverage, broken processes, poor communication, rude behavior, and a complete lack of empathy.
@ManipalHealth My mother was admitted again from 29 May to 3 June 2026. The experience was even worse. More tests, more billing, still no diagnosis. I finally took DAMA and escalated the matter to the Medical Director.
@ManipalHealth During the first admission (16–23 May 2026), the bill exceeded ₹3 lakh. Yet the discharge diagnosis was "idiopathic"—no clear diagnosis and no effective treatment despite extensive investigations.
@ManipalHealth I received calls seeking approval for a ₹10,000 test, but nobody could explain why it was needed. I was told to speak to the doctor, yet the doctor's coordinator never answered my calls. I still approved the test because my mother's health came first.
@ManipalHealth Communication was terrible. The CCU told me my mother was doing well when she wasn't. The treating doctor had asked for my presence multiple times, but nobody informed me. The helpline promised a callback in 45 minutes—I never received one.
@ManipalHealth Even when my insurance agent tried resolving the issue, the TPA staff were uncooperative and rude. We were left with no insurance support and a huge financial burden simply because the hospital wouldn't work toward a solution.
@ManipalHealth The hospital never informed us that they don't accept ICICI Health Insurance. Two days after admission, the TPA claimed they hadn't received a response from my insurer. The truth? My insurer had shared approved rates, but the hospital refused them.
@ManipalHealth I chose the EM Bypass Mukandapur branch based on its brand reputation, but it turned out to be the worst healthcare experience I've ever had. This thread is about what my family went through during my mother's two admissions in 2026.
@1mgOfficial I've had the worst experience with your team. The Phlebotomist always reschedules the appointment and customer support replies with automated messages. It doesn't live upto the brand name and has a very bad customer experience. I would never recommend this app.
