Despite Clear Orders, Rule of Law Defied at Mahagun Moderne

After residents united in protest against misuse of green space and breach of a family's privacy due to the Dairy Kiosk, Noida Authority acted responsibly and officially ordered the AoA to immediately remove the illegal Mother Dairy booth. However, in clear defiance of this official directive, Y P Gupta has refused to remove the booth.

To make matters worse, fire exits of two towers have been blocked to accommodate illegal shops, directly endangering residents’ safety and violating building codes.

This is not just a disregard of Noida Authority's order, but also a serious threat to the safety and rights of all residents.
The Authority must now take decisive action to uphold the law and protect public interest — “Vox populi, Vox Dei”: The voice of the people is the voice of God.
Mahagun Moderne residents still await justice and safety.

🚨 Update from Mahagun Moderne, Noida 🚨

Recently, Noida Authority took action and demolished an illegal Mother Dairy booth that had been set up outside Gate 4 by the unauthorized AoA. In a shocking move, a new booth has now been installed right outside a resident's home—despite explicit disapproval by the CEO, Noida Authority. This is not just a violation of the law, but also a clear infringement on the privacy and dignity of the affected family.

Even worse, this booth has resulted in the destruction of green areas that residents value deeply. Such encroachments are absolutely unacceptable to us as law-abiding residents. We expect fairness, transparency, and adherence to rules—not arbitrary decisions that harm both our environment and our families' well-being.

Last evening, a large group of residents gathered to protest against the unauthorized installation. Over 100 people signed a petition demanding immediate removal of the booth and restoration of our green space. The residents stand united—these illegal acts will not be tolerated.

We urge Noida Authority to uphold the law and protect the interests of genuine residents!

— 3 goons have illegally grabbed AOA since last 8 years now
— AOA has spent close to 7 cr in name of major repairs inspite of order of deputy registrar for bar on any major expense and society towers are in bad shape (pics says it all rather we have to explain)

Residents protesting for the last 18 weeks and will keep protesting till their legal demands are met.

Residents demanding democracy to be restored in society where no legal elections have been held in the last 8 years and where land mafia in the form of illegal AOA are grabbing all society land meant for greenery or children’s play area.

Illegal AOA members use foul language for women and other residents just to threaten them so they don't stand up for the truth. Whole society is in massive bad shape as all major cam money is being misused in corruption.

Residents of Mahagun Moderne Sec 78 Noida have been Protesting since last 15 weeks now. Since last so many weeks residents have highlighted several illegalities being done in the society by few goons acting as illegal AOA in connivance with various government offices machinery.

Recently illegal Secretary of the society YP Gupta has called one of the senior citizen lady (as per audio attached) and used too much foul language with her and also bully her that he will beat his husband too.Due to this unacceptable behaviour of Mr.Gupta,residents are demanding his immediate expulsion from all the posts he is having as of now.

These few people who have taken over AOA are running several illegal commercial establishments in the society. Though Noida authority has served them several notices of closing the same but no action till date has been taken to dat Things have taken a turn when they have started building the 2 shops again which have been demolished by Noida authority in earlyJune. This clearly proveds the involvement of few officers of Government departments with these goons.

These people have made our society like a Chawl. Residents have even gone to CEO Noida for taking actions but he showed his inability for action due to pressure from lucknow.

We believe that during Yogiji rule such illegal activities should not be permitted at all, and these officers are taking shelter in the name of lucknow to not act on illegal activities.

We request our party BJP to whom we all have been supporting for a long time to expel YP Gupta from the party and shut all his money making illegal ventures within our society. We the residents of mahagun Moderna sector 78 Noida society will continue with our protests more aggressively in coming times if our demands are not met 🙏🙏

Construction already started of illegal shops brought down by toothless Noida authority.... Can't they see so many shop illegally created inside our premises...clear mockery of toothless Noida authority and laws of land

1.) True and Fair 10 members election
2.) Removal of all illegal commercial establishment inside the society
3.) Filling of FIR and investigation on 10++ cr embezzlement of funds
4.) Shutting down of Abusive language being used by illegal AOA members
5.) Conducting of residents GBM inside society
6.) Interfrence of CEONA, DM and SP Noida

But in turn what residents are getting:

1.) No action by deputy registrar
2.) delay in full action by noida authority
3.) few police guy associated with sec 113 police station taking sides of illegal association and issuing notices to residents ( specially Mr Kuldeep Singh)
4.) Builder Mahagun India slapping a 50 cr demand from residents terming it as noida authority dues

Residents already paid for their flats and now they are forced to illegally pay this 50 cr

Game is on, let’s suck everything from residents pocket by involvement of illegal AOA in hand with builder

Still time has not passed and action can be initiated, pls immediately act upon all this mess and restore democracy
