At the time you sent that message, your 'workers' should have been waiting for another half hour before putting the lights out. They did so before 7 which made my 20 minute trip to work take over 2 hours. I am one of THOUSANDS affected.

@Mike_N_Prescott @EdKrassen Seems such an odd argument from a UK perspective - aside from the army, a tiny minority of specially vetted and trained Police (most of our Police don't have guns, nor do they want them) and a few other exceptions, there's no such thing as a 'good guy' with a gun.
