TERRIBLY organized event in 'toronto' on Sept 21st . It took 1.5 hours to leave the premises, with cars bumper to bumper trying to exit. Why pick a place with only one road to leave? No assistance or guide from any staff to direct traffic! #thelightsfest @thelightsfest #toronto
