Sometimes it accelerates and sometimes it just doesn't work. While even driving on road it happens mid drive. How are such buggy updates delivered to public.
I am stuck with a faulty scooter now.

@BlueDart_ my parcel was set to be delivered today but no one came. On checking the tracking id on your website, it was marked as consignee not available. Do note that I was available for delivery at the location but no one ever showed up and also no one ever called.

Help from the customer service, i have called uncountable times in a year and doing followups but it is of no help. They just keep giving excuses that they do not have the authority to do the needful.

@passportsevamea i have applied for my parents passport renewal and after paying the fees for both their application, the starus still shows pending and on tracking the payment status, it says to try later again.
The payment was done in sbi portal via credit card.
