Im writing here on behalf of all contract medical officers addressing our problems and I kindly request for ur utmost attention towards these issues

We contract doctors in hfw are working from 4-5yrs with salary of 60k ,even the brutal corona virus didnt stop us from working and we have given our best during hard times even

In these days where even the basic commodities price have been escalated we are working for 60k from past many years without job security
We were assured of recruitment from past many months but the file regarding recruitment has been held in arogya soudha and its still pending

I kindly with solemn heart request u to address our problem regarding escalation of our salary as of general cadre and speed up the recruitment process by giving service points

• 720 Grace marks given for not attending the exam because centre couldn’t conduct it .

ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ rural service ಗೆ ಬರುವ ವೈದ್ಯರು 2 ಅಥಾವ 3 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ PG ಓದಲು ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ನಂತರ ಆ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಖಾಲಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
