@ATTHelp I’ve already done this several times. I have tried to call for help. All of my neighbors are back up and running and they keep telling me that it’s an “area outage” this is so ridiculous and shows how att just doesn’t care to help

@Delta frustrating to be a platinum medallion and call delta three times this week to not have my issue resolved and now they just hung up on me after an hour wait. This is ridiculous
@AmericanExpress After 15 years of service and multiple membership fee credit cards I own, you would think I would get descent customer service. You all have seriously failed in customer support during covid.

@AirbnbHelp how can I get help getting a refund? I don’t need a credit or an option to book later. I need a refund. This is ridiculous.. people lose jobs and you guys say book a trip later.. that’s the type of customer service you’re providing? Where is the compassion??
