@MSArenaOfficial Thank you RNS motors for your prompt customer service. The repair work done by you is perfect. I feel no difference in the driving. My car is same as like before. Thank you maruti for solving our issue with insurance company.

@MSArenaOfficial What was the resolution?Was the complaint solved ? Do you know how the maruti insurance universal sompo general insurance company is harassing me each and every day to settle our claim. My car is lying still in the work shop for the insurance company bill settlement From4 mnths.

@Maruti_Corp Its been 4 months, UNIVERSAL SOMPO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY is still playing fool around me to settle our claim.I didn't see such a stubborn company.The way they are treating me is so cheap and horrible. I feel soo previliged being a maruti customer for facing all this problem

Every time the complaint is getting closed without my consent. This is how maruti treats his customers!! Is this good for your business??

@Bits744 @MSArenaOfficial @Maruti_Corp @Universal_Sompo @Universlsompo The insurance company was trying ro to total loss the vehicle and sell it to a scrap buyer for 470000 with RC!! SO the insurance company liability was only 75122!! So I didnt allow them to cheat me now they are playing drams to settle our claim .

@akpfa21 @MSArenaOfficial @Maruti_Corp @Universal_Sompo @Universlsompo Yes sir, im really fed up from last 3 months. They harassed me a lot. It was a mental torture for us. We faced lot of inconvenience without car . And the claim settlement is horrible. I feel so regret buying maruti policy!!

so i gave approval for dealer workshop to start with repair work. Now the repair work is completed and repair bill is within 75 percentage of IDV, but still insurance company is harassing me in claim settlement. I have complained so many times to maruti but no action is taken.

I complained to IRDAI and after that i received the surveyor report.He had purposefully added parts worth 25000 just in the intention to total loss our vehicle So i was confident that our vehicle can be easily repairable within 75 percentage of IDV.
