For 3 months, I have been complaining, and despite 15+ conversations with @TataPlayin customer care executives, no solution. All drop the call, or promise to call back, but they never do. I mailed, called, but all in vain. Tata, this is scam.

@TataPlayin And the resolution provided, paraphrased, is that my screenshots are fake (call recording will be provided), & that there was never such an offer. So, let the Hon'ble court decide that now. Justice to ho ke rahega.

Lying outright, once customer has paid, is nothing but scam. It just means I need to take help from the law in greater public interest. Or stop fooling.
