@LucasBotkin FYI - if you spend a lot of time on hard surfaces, you can injure yourself. I switched to thin soled sandals and one heel bruised and that ankle seized up. Took a couple months to fully recover. Take it slow, maybe start with zero drop shoes.

@Stephen19718352 For many types of cancer, it will grow faster than it normally would until it is diagnosed and you’re taken off T, thus reducing survivability. Once we can more cheaply test for more cancers, the risk will be lower.

@Stephen19718352 Solid plan. I am very happy with my Powerblocks. The cheap rack integrated cable system i have is awful though. Perhaps bump your budget expectations for that if you want one that lasts.
